The purchase rules of the electronic trading system www.canni.lt are regulated by the following Agreement:
1. General provisions
This Agreement is a legally binding document that establishes the Buyer's (hereinafter the Buyer) and www.canni.lt electronic trading system, which is administered by the company UAB EILORITA, company code 123943687, address Rygos str. 15, Vilnius (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), mutual rights, duties and responsibilities when you purchase goods in the electronic store (hereinafter referred to as the Electronic Store).
2. Validity of the contract
The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer presses the button, confirming the order of the goods in the shopping cart. Immediately after sending the order, the Buyer receives a confirmation to the specified e-mail address that the order has been received and accepted. The Buyer agrees that the Agreement is considered fulfilled when the Seller sends the goods to the Buyer.
3. Buyer's rights and obligations
3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase the goods in the Electronic Store in accordance with the procedure established in this Agreement.
3.2. The buyer is responsible for the reliability and veracity of his data provided in the order form. The buyer must correctly enter his e-mail address, delivery address, postal code, mobile phone number. The Buyer understands that if due to incorrect data the shipment of goods was not delivered, or the Buyer did not accept the shipment to the specified address for various reasons, it is not the Seller's responsibility and all costs of re-shipment are paid by the Buyer.
3.3. The Buyer is responsible for all actions performed in the Online Store.
3.4. The buyer must immediately notify of any changes to his data on his registration form, i. immediately update them or notify the Seller using the contacts specified in the e-shop.
3.5. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement with the Electronic Store by notifying the Sellers in writing within 12 hours from the conclusion of the order.
3.6. The buyer may not refuse to accept the ordered goods without a valid reason. If this happens, the buyer must bear all shipping costs.
3.7. The Buyer agrees to the Purchase Rules in the e-shop and will abide by them.
4. Rights and obligations of the seller
4.1. The Seller must deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer within the agreed delivery period.
4.2. The Seller has the right to temporarily or permanently terminate the activities of the Electronic Store without prior notice to the Buyer in the event of special circumstances.
4.3. The Seller has the right to suspend the Buyer's access to the Electronic Store or cancel the Buyer's registration without prior notice.
4.4. The seller may unilaterally change these rules.
4.5. If the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer due to important reasons, the Seller undertakes to offer the analogous goods to the Buyer, and if the Buyer refuses to accept the analogue goods, return the money to the Buyer within 72 hours.
4.6. The Seller creates all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the Electronic Store
services.
5. Price of goods and payment procedure
5.1. The goods are ordered in the E-shop
5.2. When ordering goods, the Buyer fills in the order form and pays for the goods using the payment systems installed in the Electronic Store.
5.3. The Buyer is informed about the ordered goods at the e-mail address specified in the order form.
5.4. The delivery price of the goods is not included in the price of the goods.
6. Return of goods and money
6.1. Due to the features and / or settings of the computer or monitor, the image of the goods in the e-shop may look different from the original. The Seller is not responsible for any decisions made by the Buyer in such situations.
6.2. Complaints regarding the quality of goods are accepted if the goods have been used strictly in accordance with the instructions for use and have not performed their functions. The instruction is indicated on the product label, in the product description or in the product instruction manual.
6.3. If the product is damaged (damaged during delivery or is defective), the Seller undertakes to replace it with the same quality product or offer a similar product, or return the money.
6.4. The buyer, having received the damaged product during delivery, must contact the staff of www.canni.lt with the contacts specified in the e-shop within 2 working days from the date of delivery of the order. Upon receipt of the Buyer's letter regarding the return of the damaged goods, the Seller will send by e-mail a return certificate, which the Buyer must complete and send by e-mail. by mail.
6.5. The cost of returning damaged or defective goods shall be borne by the Seller.
6.6. If the product is QUALITY, but the Buyer does not like it, then the Buyer can return the product and pay the delivery costs within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order.
6.7. The goods must be unused, good-looking, undamaged label, peel-off protective film, etc. When returning the goods, the Buyer must provide a warranty card (if issued), a completed return deed, purchase receipt or invoice. The returned goods must be placed in protective (transport) packaging.
6.8. If the returned goods are found to COMPLY 6.7. the requirements of the item of the rules, the money will be transferred to the Buyer to the account specified in the deed of return of goods no later than within 5 working days from the receipt of the returned goods.
6.9. If the returned goods are found to be NON-COMPLIANT 6.7. in which case only a partial refund is possible.
6.10. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the Agreement shall be settled by negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
7. Delivery of goods
7.1. All possible delivery methods, prices and other conditions of the Product are indicated in the shopping cart before www.canni.lt.
7.2. Delivery term of goods in stock: 2-3 days.
7.3. Delivery term for products that are not in stock (and orders are allowed): 5-10 days.
7.4. The seller sends the goods only after receiving payment for the ordered goods and for delivery costs.
7.5. The Seller and the Buyer agree that the order is completed when handed over to the courier.
7.6. If the goods are delivered to the Buyer in a damaged package, the Buyer has the right not to accept it from the courier.
In this case, the product will be returned to the e-shop, and a new product will be delivered to the Buyer without additional ones
costs. If the buyer signs the consignment note without comments, the shipment is considered to have been delivered undamaged.
8. Sending information
The Seller shall send all notices to the e-mail address provided in the Buyer's order form. The buyer sends all notifications and questions to the contacts in the e-shop www.canni.lt.
9. Privacy
All information entered by the Buyer into the www.canni.lt e-shop is private, therefore no information provided by the Buyer will be published or distributed. Some information (Buyer's address, name, telephone number) is passed on to courier services so that they can successfully and timely deliver the goods to the Buyer. The seller reserves the right to disclose information to law enforcement authorities, provided that this does not violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
10. Final provisions
10.1. If any provision of this Agreement is contrary to law or becomes invalid in whole or in part for any reason, it shall not invalidate the remaining provisions of this Agreement. In such a case, the Parties agree to replace the invalid provision with a legally effective rule which, as far as possible, shall have the same legal and economic effect as the amended provision.
10.2. The Parties agree that the Seller may transfer its rights and obligations arising from these Rules to third parties at any time without the consent of the Customer and without notifying the Customer thereof.
10.3. All disagreements between the Customer and the Seller regarding the implementation of these rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If the parties do not resolve the dispute through negotiations within 30 (thirty) days from the day when one of the parties submitted a request to the other party to resolve the dispute, such dispute shall be finally settled in the courts of the Seller's registered office.
